Whether it's an on-site session with a medical or legal interpreter, or the translation of a written document, we take confidentiality very seriously and are very careful to abide by the Interpreters' Code of Ethics as set forth by the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care.
Security
Our secure ftp, or file transfer portal assures our customers the highest level of security. Each customer is assigned a secure account by which to transfer their most sensitive documents for translation. Our staff works directly with the customer to set up a private transfer account.
Accessibility
We pride ourselves on our accessibility and prompt service and feedback. Our phones rarely go to voicemail. We return calls promptly and make time to listen to our customers' needs and concerns. Your project is important to us and we respect and understand deadlines.
